Tutong - A Dead baby was found abandoned at the rubbish dumpsite in Kg Biong, Jln Lamunin/Rambai in Tutong on Monday.
A police report was made around 5.05pm at Lamunin Police Station by a village resident who found the dead baby boy wrapped in a black plastic bag.
The police are seeking information from the public on the inhumane act and those with any information can contact the Lamunin Police Station or any nearest police station or police emergency hotline 993. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
