Today.. the 3rd day training.. (Supervisor Assertively).. Well the 'speaker' was dri Spore.. ok la training nya tu.. pa yg ku suka.. during the Training 'She' giving us alot of example.. kira base on ia punya experiences la.. well atu yg bisai la.. mcm bgi ku al least ku dpt bayangkan... 'She' talk so fast but understanable la.. it was fun, enjoyable.. well yg paling pnting.. mbuka minda ku.. mcm hw to ' Handle', 'Managed' situations.. especially dlm btugas..
Having lunch tdi wif 'Sum1' tdi.. no komen sal atu.. lau ku komen2 pun useless jua.. bgi diri ku sndiri.. im still blaming my self for any situation.. no body perfect rite.. so eventhough.. quite painful for me to accept.. being treated 'that' way... tpi... huhh.. wat to do.. wat can i do sabar sja.. yg paling ku malas... ku slalu.. myimpan lam ati.. atu yg mbuat ku btambah stress... pyah la.. mcm nda tau kn share2 dgn sapa... biar la .. singgan2 nya..
Pas bis training sja tdi tu, roughly kira2 lam kul 5pm plus.. smpai umah.. tukar pkaian.. trus jogging... raund kampung sja.. alhamdulillah nw bru jua bis mandi. feel ok abit la..
